Francisco Jara is founder and CEO of The Mortgage Phoenix Group, a brokerage business with a new paradigm — one of always giving more, and always giving back — called the “Perpetual System of Giving.” His company’s goal is to put as many first time home buyers as possible on a sure path to prosperity by teaching them sound financial principles, not simply qualifying them for a mortgage. The Mortgage Phoenix Group is actively involved in building homes for disadvantaged families around the world. For every 4th mortgage they close, a home is built in Latin America and 25 trees are planted to offset the carbon footprint of the transaction. To complete the circle of generosity, these efforts are made in the client’s name.
